1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the pk336 website accessible at pk336.pro, including all associated subdomains, applications, and services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Any winnings accrued by an underage player are void and non-refundable. 3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on pk336. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk336 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void pending bets, and confiscate any balances without notice.

3.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, email address, and residential address. You must keep this information up to date throughout the life of your account. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions

4. Account Security and Responsibilities

Your pk336 account credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time PINs — are personal and confidential. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your login, whether or not you authorised it.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pk336 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to players in Pakistan:

All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No conversion fees are applied by pk336 for PKR transactions. Third-party fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside pk336's control and are your responsibility.

5.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. pk336 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification. First-time withdrawal requests require submission of a government-issued identity document (CNIC or NICOP) and confirmation of your registered mobile number. Processing times vary: mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) are typically completed within a few hours; bank transfers may take one to three business days.

pk336 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on your pk336 account must match the name on the receiving payment account. Withdrawal requests submitted during Pakistani public holidays may experience delays.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

pk336 is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations under its international gaming licence. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation at any stage, including proof of identity, proof of address, and source-of-funds verification. Accounts under AML review may have withdrawals temporarily suspended until the review is complete. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

Players who have self-excluded, are under account review, or have otherwise breached these Terms are not eligible for promotional offers. pk336 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All bets placed on the pk336 sportsbook, including cricket matches (PSL, international fixtures, domestic tournaments), UFC events, football, and other sporting events, are subject to the specific rules for each market. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by pk336, it is binding on both parties.

In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, pk336 applies standard void rules in accordance with its sports betting rules, which are published separately. In-play bets placed after the occurrence of a decisive event (goal, wicket, knockout, etc.) — where the result was already determined prior to bet placement — are void regardless of the displayed odds at the time.

7.2 Casino Games

All casino games, including live dealer tables, slots, and card games such as Teen Patti, are governed by the rules of the individual game and the Return to Player (RTP) percentages published by the respective game providers. pk336 does not control the underlying random number generators (RNGs) of third-party game titles; these are independently certified by accredited testing laboratories.

7.3 Voided and Cancelled Bets

pk336 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, an obvious pricing error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp"), or where the integrity of an event is under investigation by a relevant sports governing body. 8. Prohibited Conduct

A breach of any item listed above constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pk336 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found in violation, and to withhold or recover any funds associated with the prohibited activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk336 Platform — including but not limited to the pk336 name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of pk336 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or distribute any content from the pk336 Platform without the prior written consent of pk336. Unauthorised use of pk336 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk336 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pk336 Platform.

pk336's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk336 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk336 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. pk336 will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance but accepts no liability for losses incurred during unavailability of the Platform.

11. Responsible Gaming

pk336 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across Pakistan and internationally. We provide a range of player protection tools accessible from within your account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your pk336 account.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict how long you can remain logged in to the Platform in a single session.
